Nicely renovated, friendly staff and comfortable beds for a good price. We came from canada and this was a comfortable place to stay within walking distance to downtown manitou. Highly recommend the eagle motel!

They have stolen my $80 deposit saying I had an "unauthorized guest." And had people "coming and going from my room all night.

Room smelled really strong of old cigarette smoke. It was intense and irritating.

the facility is dated and needs repairs (bathroom ceiling water damage with hole opening above shower) the staff were very friendly and courteous making the stay worthwhile. room price very good for Colorado Springs. The breakfast bar needs more food options other than just cereal and waffles.

It was absolutely horrendous I had to beg for towels and supplies everyday not to mention I was overcharged for the room they never asked me for bed changing or fresh sheets and I was there for 8 days!!! I’ll never stay with them ever again I had to unclog a toliet myself they didn’t do a thing.

Dirty, service at check in was nearly rude. The shower is 4 feet tall. Holes in drapes, new sink. It torn up drywall from old one… very basic.

Hard to get to and GPS was unsure of area too. Breakfast was nothing but waffles and cereal, kind of disappointing.

not reading the reviews until home i must have missed something ? we booked on price and got what expected i had a large room with good air-con, it was clean and a large bed we had a good all you can eat breakfast, which was a good start to the day
