Property in disrepair. AC not working. Rude host. Bad smell-cooking and bathroom

Dirty …. this is anecdotal, after all, what really stood out was the amount of dust accumulated in lamps, curtains , under the beds,windows, furnitures. lamps not working, dirty carpet, horrible bathroom walls with stains. and bathroom did not have a curtain. it was much better to sleep in my car,and the receptionist was not very friendly, he is very rude.

I ended up cutting my stay short because I couldn't get any sleep here. I wanted to tell staff about the noise, but they disappear at night and aren't reachable. So I had to listen to my upstairs neighbor stomp around and throw things from around midnight till 4am, and the next door neighbors TV on the whole night. As a solo female traveler, there's no way I'm knocking on someone's door in the middle of the night to ask them to quiet down! Also, the sheets were dirty, no smoke detector, and what appeared to be smoke stains on the ceiling in a "no smoking" room. Breakfast was a sad affair. Waffles and your choice of two cereals or white toast were the only food options.

Place needed some upkeep, evidence of water leakage in the bathroom and sheets not as clean as i would have liked. Expedia advertises a pool, but there is not 1 here. Staff was friendly.

The room never was clean in 3 days, terrible smell. I had to buy air freshness for my room. Breakfast offer was terrible. Too much noise.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean & the staff was very accommodating 😊

The staff was rude, the air conditioner in the room was really noisy, same for the bathroom
