Rodeway Inn

Room was clean, but the shower walls had water damage to the drywall around the shower and ceiling. They are in need of major repairs.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired and falsely advertises a pool when it does not have one. Maybe the poor condition of my room is not indicative of the whole establishment, but my room was in serious disrepair. The lights did not work in the bathroom or main living area. Only the bed lights worked, the hair dryer was burned and melted. Still plugged into the wall. The bathroom had a large access panel falling through the ceiling of the shower along with considerable water damage in that corner. But they decided to rent this room to me. I don't know if it was because they were very busy or because the entire hotel is in that pour of shape. Honestly not my first choice, this was a last minute desperate reservation because booking.com lost my actual reservation and for a better hotel than I had made months ago. There was nothing else available in town. Because of the state of disrepair and poor cleanliness of my room. And just the general clientele and noisiness I decided to skip the breakfast.

The staff where rude and very dirty place period. I would never stay there again. Worst motel ever.

It is what it is. You get what you pay for. The place is a low-budget, cheap, short stay option when you need a place. Expecting anything more than a roof over your head from a place where the rate is $50-60/night is ridiculous. Use it for what it is... A cheap budget stay motel.

Price compared to other offerings in the area. Also easy access because it wasn't on the main street.

It was a good Stay for the price. I had a great view of pikes Peak about my window. The The street and the parking lot are in rough shape, but other than that, it was great.

I was satisfied with the room and facility for the price I paid. Would have enjoyed hard boiled eggs with the breakfast spread but otherwise everything was as expected and the staff was extremely helpful when I had questions.

The staff was excellent and attentive. However, property is falling apart with the cealing peeling off, the water leaking, no iron ,no ironing board (even after requested), the immediate area, people coming in and out of the property, and some of the things happening in the parking lot. It seems there are multiple people that live here permanently with dogs and a mechanic that is always tearing cars apart in the back. I feared my room or my vehicle would be broken into. I choose this based on location, but that backfired on me. I will not be staying here again, despite the affordability.

The property is very rundown and in a bad area. The parking lot and driveway to motel is full of potholes and broken up asphalt. Some guy in the back parking lot has a small area to work on cars, with car parts visible on the grounds. Some people were sleeping in their cars in the back parking area. Extended stay people are constantly walking around the premises with their pajamas on and wearing slippers. The place is just a dive. It barely rates rates a single star.
