They were supposed to charge $1 to my debit card and they instead charged $125. The room wasn’t in my name and they didn’t have permission to charge my card anything but the $1. When I confronted them about it and told them to put the money back on my card they refused and then told me that my friend & I were banned. I was there less than 24 hours and in the time frame I watched the employee and his friends outside smoking who knows what the whole time. The man was extremely condescending and calling me “Sweetheart” when speaking to me and acted like they had every right to take any amount of money off of my card whenever they wanted. They also refused to give receipts for our transactions stating that they were supposedly out of paper.

Property is disgusting. Room was dirty smelled of cigarettes and mildew. Towels were dirty and no toilet paper in bathroom. Front desk was not helpful
TV did NOT work and no offer to get it to work. Bed was hard. Reserved 2 nights but only stayed 1 night and booked another hotel for the 2nd night which was much better.

the people that work here are all amazing, i would take this motel over the 4 seasons just cause how friendly and awesome they are. they really do make you feel at home. wont be going anywhere else.
Our room was clean. Blanket was a heavy sheet. They had no TOILET PAPER. Said to use kleanex. The TV did not work. Place is run down.
Room was filthy supposed to be pet friendly but nowhere to walk a dog
UNSAFE, LOUD, and DIRTY. Took 15 minutes to check into smelly lobby by idiot employee, was given a room with no mini-fridge despite paying for one in advance (he said all rooms with were taken and lied numerous times to me, guy has an IQ of a potato chip), towels placed on running toilet because no place to hang anything, not even lamp on bedpost (only 1 switch near door), unkempt shower, only sheets on hard bed - no comforter, thin walls, WiFi in and out and DRUG ADDICTS hanging around all night making noise. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra $15 to stay elsewhere in town and don't get a sore throat from the moldy heater like I did. You've been warned to stay away from this Section 8 residency that should be CONDEMNED!!
