Travelodge by Wyndham Grants Pass

Shower was falling apart. Bedside lamps were missing

We made a reservation on Priceline based on previous experiences with Wyndham motels and Travelodge. This location is not worthy of the Wyndham brand or of being offered on Priceline and other hotel booking sites. Room was incredibly smelly with mold and cigarette smoke that hit us like a ton of bricks when we opened the door. The room was small, not clean, dingy and mattresses sunken in. The clientele hanging around the outside of the property were sketchy, smoking pot and not sure what else. After inspecting the room, we decided to leave and asked for a refund. The manager Christine was very rough, denying that the room smelled of anything or there were any problems, and using the F word towards us. I did not feel safe as we left the property. The children with us were also scared.

The staff were friendly, and the pool was clean and great! Our biggest concern was every room was supposed to be smoke free, but inside and outside the entire hotel smelled of smoke and marijuana. It seemed that the first floor of the hotel is used for long term boarders, most whom smoke and have dogs.

I booked a non smoking room , when I open the door was pure nicotine smell ac was off and no WiFi available, poor room condition…. The surrounding was scary, I felt unsafe ….. a lot of people actually lived in this motel so I see a lot of word trash and stuff around ! Would never go back . We changed room after the guy at front desk said there wasn’t any more room available

Drug addicts everywhere around my room and no one in management would do anything and hotel.com would not get me another room

Air conditioner was broke

When Homeless drugees get their social security check they go and check in this hotel for day and two to get bed to sleep and get a shower to take a bath after runs out of money they go back to the road again. So not a normal traveler can use this place not recommended. It is dirty Boarder drinking alcohol smoking week taking drugs on every where in the premises You will feel unsafe and too much noise at the night from the drunk boarder. You will always have risk to car break in. No breakfast offered. Room is not clean enough that you feel eating anything in there anyway Internet is open for all so it is very scary to use it. Looks like homeless people sleep in the parking lot in their car as well. May be they take turns on one room taken to shower and the other stuff. If you are a junky it will be a heaven for you.

Prior smoking room, questionable cleanliness of sheets, FLIES, pink mold in shower, second lock inside of door-missing. Trash cans along walkway were over flowing & cigarette butts everywhere.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

Stating grants passed to visit family. Had a great time. The pool was set up so we got to go swimming. We'll definitely come back to this hotel again
