Guests highly rate the cheap and frequently praise the convenient location.
They over booked their rooms and called me around 4:30pm on the day of my arrival, while I was driving to their hotel to tell me I didn’t have a room. I was left trying to find a new hotel last minute with two young children.
I was told that we don’t have any reservations .. hence we have to look for other accommodation last minute.. This is ridiculous, shocking and unacceptable.
They over booked so our room was taken. They found a lesser room in the staff section. It was filthy and run down. There were no safety locks. Wimmediately
I got there and the room was really dirty. There was and other stuff all over the microwave, fridge, and other surfaces

Ok the people here are the nicest people EVER! they really make u feelblike family right away. May not be the nicest spot but u feel safe n secure and theres a lot of families there. Love it
The staff definitely needs a raise and some help! Having only one person on staff to do housekeeping, checking in, and everything else isn’t enough! The guy there was working non stop. Towels were super soft! Heat lamp was burnt out and the shower was draining SUPER SLOWLY.
Few regulars smoking and hanging out long hours.
I’m not sure if the ppl who smoked out were we were staying might be regular.
The room stunk of cigarette smoke, iy was dirty and bedding was nasty and towels were not clean. Will never stay at a Travelodge again.
