Pine River Inn

The desk clerk couldn’t find my name when I was checking in. They charged me an additional $5.71 for local taxes which they could not explain when I asked for clarification. Breakfast was a joke. Some day old rolls and lousy coffee. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy or a homeless person!

There was no one there when I came to check in. The office was locked and not a person in sight. No one answered the little speaker box on the door until about 15 min went by. By 20 minutes the staff showed up by car. There was a musty odor in the room.

It was like the Bates Motels, it smelled in lobby and in room.

Room was not clean, bathroom was dirty and shower curtain was horrible!

Room was not ready. Gave us keys to a room that was open and bed sheets on the floor. Room we got had no fridge One bed boxspring looked like a crime scene happened on it, Blood or fecal stained on it. Bathroom was dirty

old well used motel

The room was OK but not hot or warm water in shower for 3 days! Told attendant right away after cold shower and she said she put in a request for maintenance. No response from maintenance so took second day cold shower. Then she told me it was fixed by adjusting temp on water heater. No Change on 3rd day cold shower! This is a major issue! Also first day in asked for soap bar for handwashing and didn’t have soap in office so offered shampoo! Very disappointed in overall customer service and experience!

Place was very run down and nothing around for the price of staying. We left a day early because of these things.

Scared to go to sleep. Room door looked like it was kicked in and put back together. Bathroom door had a hole in it the size of a fist. Lamp shade had graffiti on it. Dirty. Noisy. You can hear every noise in the hotel. Was dropped off which left me stranded until the next day.

We didnt stay there the place is a complete dump
