Not much, except the staff were very nice & tried hard to fix the situation.

Ist room had not been cleaned...there was a receipt from Sept '25 on the desk! Key didnt work. Finally, moved to a different room. Even though the room had been cleaned...it was still dirty. Breakfast...the room was dirty, every appliance was dirty. We chose to eat elsewhere.

"This is the worst place I’ve ever been"

Absolutely nothing besides the location

It was very very very dirty. Also a lot of things were broken in my room including the drain for the shower wall outlets, pictures, the bed frame, the ironing board. It also smelled of cigarettes, and to top it off my key card did not work for the duration of the trip
