Travelodge by Wyndham Cleveland Lakewood

The milk was sour. The coffee was very weak. Ended up leaving and ate at a service area.

No air conditioning/no TV/toilet paper holder detached from wall/sheet and pillow case stained/no coffee in room/bad lighting/asked for quiet room and got first room next to stairway door/heard argument in middle of the night and police had to come/filthy rugs

This hotel is so cute and charming. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a beautiful lobby and a smiling front desk agent. We were impressed with the great location, just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland and such a nice area. Our room was clean and the waffles at the free breakfast were superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Honestly, the location where it was was the only thing I liked. It was close to the concert that I made the trip for in the first place.

The room wasn't ready by the time they said it was going to be, the workers were very very rude, no rooms were ready and cleaned by 4 (they said the rooms would be ready by 3 then it was 4 and there were still no rooms ready and cleaned), and I was very very disappointed.

The bathroom sink leaks horribly.

No heat, no working light from entry door switch, stained sheets, poor upkeep. Was not provided credentials for connecting to internet upon check-in. No phone in room. I ended up going to sleep early, using my jacket as well as supplied blankets to keep warm. Ran shower to warm room in the morning and left early. Fortunately I was only stayed one night. Would have checked out and found another hotel for any longer of a stay.

Place was run down and dirty. Very dirty. No blankets on bed. Was a drug hotel or a place John’s bring hookers
