Staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking downtown. I was sent a text at check in and told if we needed anything to text that number. I text the number for more towels while we were gone to eat. We returned to the room and the towels we requested were right inside the door. The room had a nice smell and was clean. The shower drain was slow and whole room could use an update but for the price, it's not that big of a deal for me. Would stay here again.

The placement of the jacuzzi was a little strange and didn't know we booked a room with it. It was in the center of the room and was a nice dirty laundry basket during our stay.

Location close to everything.

No WiFi service was provided to me after check in they have some lady given you your parking permit them she try to sell you something didn’t like that nothing but scam un real if you need something you have to go to the office to get it you paying for the view basically view from balcony was amazing .

Location

First complaint, I had to stand in the line to get my parking pass that sold day tickets to the attractions!!! this was absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t wanna buy any and I had to wait an extra probably 20 minutes or more for my parking pass. That is after I checked in at the front desk.
