It was close to everything and the staff were so kind.

The hotel is older and our key didn't work. We had to wait for the maintenance man to come and fix it. It was really no big deal and the location and savings made it well worth the wait.

location was great.

No wifi for the first 4 days, one of the pools was closed for repair( the one right outside our room) we had to walk to other side of hotel to second pool, which was a good distance . breakfast options were limited. Floor of room was filthy, no carpet, made our socks really dirty.

The scenery. But that to cancel our trip a day early. Tried to get hold of booking.com try to get a refund . Was unable to get refund couldn't find a number to call to get refunded for checking out a day early. So my complaint is with booking. Com. We'll never use them again

Location

Website shows a restaurant and menu but it has been closed since 2020. Room was outdated. The tub was very slippery, I fell. The guys in the room next to us fought both nights. Like WWE! Bathing against walls, etc. no one seemed to be concerned. Will not return there
