"Exceptional"

Although it is an older building, it is very clean and well maintained. The room was clean and the washroom was updated. It is in a prime location..... beautiful lakefront. Walking distance to the village and other restaurants. The CS was very nice.

I like how clean it was. The location was perfect.

I like the location although there were a LOT of mosquitoes outside the hotel (I guess a con for a waterfront). The staff were friendly and responded promptly to our complaint. Our room had a malfunctioning AC and we were immediately moved to another room. We also got a complimentary additional 1 hour check out time which was fantastic!

The breakfast wasn't the best. There were not a lot of options and there wasn't enough seating for people.

Emplacement prêt du parc et prêt des entrées et sorties des autoroutes. Bon comportement du personnel surtout la madame qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner 👍

"Parfait mais petit déjeuner à reprendre entièrement"

Très bel emplacement. Hôtel très propre et très chic. Équipements comme la piscine et la buanderie très appréciables. Grande chambre très confortable. Restaurant bien même si un peu cher.

Absence de salle de petit déjeuner alors même que le prix intègre un petit déjeuner. Nous avons regretter de devoir nous battre pour une table de quatre dans le lobby et de se servir parmi un choix extrêmement réduit , trop d’emballages, qualité médiocre , couverts en carton. Bref notre seule déception de ce magnifique hôtel
