"Waterfront stay, quiet and comfy"

Bar Staff really friendly and generally a nice hotel to stay at

Breakfast not the best. Boiled eggs and bacon. Out of 3nts ate out across the road twice.

"Great location...but be carefool were your room is located"

The location

I booked a king room with a park view, but when we came we were told that the only room left in my "type" was in Lower level - basement?!!). After a short discussion we were offered room with double Queen on he "regular" floor (4th) to which we agreed.
