"Why was I charged so much?"

I was told the room would cost $255 and I have been charged $390. The room was hot. The A/C did not work. There was no hot water.

"Don’t risk it!"

The only nice thing to say is that the staff were polite.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels. This tops the worst ever. It was filthy and I didn’t feel safe there. I wouldn’t feed the breakfast to my dog. It is obvious this hotel will be demolished in the future so they are not bothering to maintain what is there now. I left before my planned checkout and took the loss in money for my own well being.

Staff was friendly. When you drive up you will question your decide. While walking to the room you will question your decision. However the room was clean and decent. Nothing to write home about but fine. If it was $30 less a night it would make more sense to me.

"Excellent"

Staff were welcoming, it is an old hotel and Ramada are working on it. Beds were comfortable, and an updated bathroom. The hotel is at a busy crossroads and the whole area is rundown. Not sure how safe the area is. The breakfast was good. Not sure I would pick any hotel in that area again.

Lobby nice Location good Soft towels

Not clean, hair in beds, hair in coffee maker tray, holes in very old, worn drapes, holes in bathroom ceiling, AC very dirty, baseboard heaters very dirty (dirt and hair). Hotel parking lot seemed dark and un-safe. No ice makers on any floor, had to get from front desk.

"Dirty, dilapidated and disgusting"

Nothing

Dirt piles in the hallways, broken ice machines, files missing holes in the walls, pot holes littering the entire parking lot, gross breakfast. Yet charge $200+ a night. Avoid at ALL costs.

"I stayed 13 nights. I'll stay again."

There were so many negative comments written about this hotel that my wife and others were adamant that I shouldn't stay there. I found everything just fine. Perhaps I was lucky enough to get a better room? I was fine. All good. Breakfast quite good. Bed and room confortable. Not fancy, but just fine. Thank you.
