Breakfast was very good Staff was helpful

No working ice machine our floor. At the rear parking a lot of cigarette butts on the curb near the rooms. Perhaps some ash receptacles could be put nearby. Not a good look. But the room was clean and ready for our arrival.

Dirty, no hot water, room refrigerator didn't work, hvac plug kept falling out of the wall, room keys kept needing reprogramming. Changed rooms...repeat of everything. Reception staff hygiene terrible.
