No breakfast area and too slow reception service.

Not your typical extended stay. Small town vibe. Worth the rate.

Staff was great . Room was clean bed really comfortable.

Had issue with refrigerator not working . Maintenance gave us one that worked after a few days .

Dirty, leaking , and overall unsafe. Changed rooms several times, each room was just as bad. Several other guests were also trying to switch rooms. After the 5th dirty room, I left and checked into another hotel. We had two days left at Candlewood which they refused to refund.

Convenient to location of event we were here for and had stayed here many times years ago and have had good experiences. Unfortunately traveling with our dog and now they charge extra.

In need of maintenance. And pet fee was $75 plus a $5.95 occupancy tax.

The property upon arrival is confusing. There was no signage as to where to enter. The check-in staff, AJ, was very kind. That was the main highlight of our stay. The hotel was quiet, but in very poor condition, especially cleanliness-wise. There was mold on the bathroom exhaust fan. There were stains all over the carpet, both in our room and in the hallways/common areas. The flooring in the kitchen area was peeling up. The hotel also smelled - our room was humid and smelled like feet. The lobby area reeked of smoke, as staff and guests would smoke very near the doors, despite the “100% smoke free property” signs. We were staying with our infant and all of these issues made us uncomfortable.

We liked the location and room amenities

No coffee available in lobby and only decaf on room. Didn’t get a breakfast. Some essential items to use kitchen facilities were not there such as any cooking equipment only one fork, etc the room had an odd smell.

Aj was a great front desk worker and always was available to help me. He really is an amazing asset to the company and anyone who visits should deal with him for any issues.

Aj helped me out with every need and question I had. I truly appreciate the time he takes to personalize every experience with individual guest.
