Candlewood Suites St Louis St Charles by IHG

Location was great for restaurants and general shopping.

It is hard to tell where the location is located. We found it using our gps but definitely struggled

The staff was very nice to me and my husband it is in a great location close by everything

The rooms need a TLC

Overall the place need to be updated in the rooms specifically need to change their prices need to be changed the appliance in the room like the ice box needs to be changed out. The place is nice and just they need to upgrade.

The staff was very friendly. The manager, he is very friendly and just like I said, the rooms need to be updated more and they need to change the prices when there's not that much for a room that looks like it's been through a tornado, inhale and back

Very clean and comfortable room. Did not use the kitchen but observed it was very welll stocked as far as cooking tools and utensils. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice workers. Offered free water when the gentleman knew I was parched. Very nice room and spacious kitchen area.

I wasn't aware a breakfast was offered. The location was convenient to where we were going for our event. The price was reasonable, so we picked Candlewood.

Larger elevator, more parking spaces, cooler inside in common areas.

Good experience

This was a horrible experience and I will never return to a Candlewood suites based on my experience. People were doing drugs in the parking lot, the rooms smelled of smoke and pet urine. The room was dirty and trashy.
