"I want my money back!"

The staff was very kind and very understanding of the problems at hand with both rooms(105 & 109). They truly were very sorry and appalled by what I showed them (my findings) in our rooms and that they were not able to give our money back at all. ( Rules they had to follow)...

Our rooms appeared to be very clean and the layout of the room was very 🙂 ... until you looked a little closer the next morning cause we woke up sick and couldn't breathe. OMG ! In both rooms..... 1. A lot of black and green mold in the carpet and AC and furniture! I have pictures! 2. Ovens were dirty with food with fuzz ! Have pictures! 3. My room had dried puke between the bed and the night stand. Have pictures.! 4. We both were bit by something in bed! ...

"Don't Stay Here"

We walked into the room and a person that said he was the maintenance man was in the bathroom with the door shut. Says he was working on the water pressure. Not sure that was true. Room was not clean. Pink, blue and yellow stains on the carpet in multiple places. Killed bugs on the table. A half eaten fry was under the table (not ours). Shoes stuck to the sticky carpet. Outlet cover in the kitchen was only half there so you could see wiring behind outlet. Handle of hair dryer completely sticky. Our reservation was for 2 nights and we left after 1 night. Only stayed 1 night because we arrived late in the day. Whole place smelled bad. Didn't use the pool, but it is in rough condition.

There were people doing drugs in the parking lot, the outside door was broken, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. Open electrical outlets. Absolutely terrible.

"Family trip"

Arrived @ 9:30 pm for a 3 pm check in and the room was not cleaned or ready. Had 2 children, 5 year old & 16 month old ready for bed. Was told it would be 30 minute wait. Left facility & went to Kings Inn. Awful experience
