I stayed for 10 days and the staff was great to me.

Breakfast staff was fabulous. Comfortable pillows. Great towels!

Would hav given straight 5 stars but 1st night, sink drain sluggish. Fixed. 2nd day, water not going down tub. Fixed. Morning we were to leave for home, toilet won’t flush. No engineer avail (short/ill) so gave us new bigger rm. Plumbing probs too bad because all staff was wonderful. Place clean and had all we needed w attached kitchen.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon checking I asked if the pillows were down feather because I have an allergy to down feather. The lady at the front desk said there were 2 down feather pillows and 2 foam ones in each room. Due to my allergy I asked for the down feather pillows to be removed and replaced with the foam ones. She said she would go do that and be right back. It took her about 5 to 10 minutes before she came back and said that my room had the pillows I requested. Once I got into the room it was worn down and smelt musky and gross. All the pillows except for one were down feather. I was really tired so decided just to use the one pillow I could use and went to sleep. In the morning, I realized I forgot my hair blow dryer so looked under the cabinet for the hair blow dryer and was super discusted when I found the bathroom trash can in the cabinet under the sink with someone else's used feminine hygiene products and a puppy pad. Had I found that after checking in I would have left and requested a full refund. My sister and parents stayed there in another part of the hotel and said that there was a door with chains on it down the hall and the pull out couch was full of pee stains.

Pull out couch has multiple yellow stains as does the couch. Door was extremely hard to work. Smells musty and dirty.

Had a great stay. We were pretty early and the person at the front desk was able to get us into a room almost right away.

Super easy check in and out, staff are great

Room needed detail cleaning, vacuuming along walls, cabinet doors had spills that had not been wiped off, etc. Not well lit, we missed the entrance first time through

Room had a nice layout.

Continental breakfast was pretty rough. Tv in my room was broken. Microwave was finicky.

Quiet neighborhood.
