La mia camera era esposta sulla strada principale pertanto era molto rumorosa a causa del traffico. Non c'era la possibilità di avere il buio totale.

Die Hotelgäste die sich gegen 4 Uhr für ein bisschen leisere Musik entschieden haben

Im Hotelzimmer dampfte und tropfte es von der Decke da über uns ein Wasserschaden war, keine Einsicht von der Rezeption oder ein Entgegenkommen.... Er hat auf meine Beschwerde mit Achselzucken reagiert, ich gebe ihm die schlechteste Bewertung die jemals auf booking verteilt habe. Die gesamte Kleidung hat gemodert, grausam - frisches Handtuch das absolut stinkt. Da muss ich mich nicht duschen. Ich komme gerne nie wieder.

La ubicación y la vista

Las toallas y colchas manchadas, el servibar no tiene nada y no hay servicio de alimentos a la habitación, el restaurant no está en la misma instalación

Nada

No se puede descansar, el hotel no tiene control con los gritos y la música fuerte de los huéspedes, no había toallas, el agua no sale lo suficientemente caliente , habitacion oscura y humeda

Il personale della reception è molto gentile e ti aiutano con domande e organizzazione

La camera era umidissima e poco pulita, abbiamo trovato il tappeto della doccia con impronte di scarpe (che però la reception ci ha cambiato), le tende macchiate e il soffione della doccia arrugginito.

Die Lage ist super!

Das Frühstück war ne Katastrope! mussten zwar nur 100m zum Nachbarhotel gehen, dort aber nach 8:30 muss man mit 30-40 min. Wartezeit rechnen um ein freien Tisch zu ergattern. Das Personal war zwar freundlich aber total zu klein für 2 Hotels. Ein Versagen des Managements! Die Auswahl war auch mager, kein Brot, Butter oder Marmelade (continental). Habe mich beschwert darauf durften wir im El Capital frühstücken. eigentlich gutes Frühstück aber nach niedersitzen einmal 50 auf die Bestellung gewartet. Das Beste und günstigste Frühstück gibs im Supermarkt gegenüber!

"Good location, nice staff, yet for the price I expected more."

Nice room with balcony open to non-maintained jungle with open (non-swimming) cenote. Easy access to downtown central area 10-15 minutes walk. Very polite staff!

Poor internet (non-functioning or super slow); sad to say no-hot water. In winter holiday be good to at least warm not stone cold shower! Pool area lounge equipment tattered and non-inviting.
