Le petit déjeuner à prendre dans un autre hôtel. Beaucoup trop de monde, d'attente, personnel débordé, Pdj médiocre. La mauvaise odeur dans la chambre

Molto bello l’albergo con tanto verde nella corte interna e stanza grande e accogliente. Stanza con idromassaggio e doccia molto grandi. Colazione top.

Qualche particolare un po rovinato e vecchio. Ma per il resto tutto bene . Ecco forse l’acqua poteva essere più calda in bagno

The WI-FI! It is written that there is wi-fi but its doesn’t work! You can send messages but nothing more with this internet. I had to do some remote work and it was impossible, had to go to the restaurants. Overall, this hotels is fine but don’t plan to use internet there.

Aamiaispaikka oli aivan täysi ja palvelu onnistui huonosti. Ihmiset joutuivat jonottamaan pitkiä aikoja päästäkseen syömään. Hotellin uima-allas ja sen ympäristö oli huonosti huollettu.

Esta enfrente de Chedrahui y cerca de la Av. Principal para ir a las Ruinas y Parque Jaguar, las camas muy cómodas, la alberca en el Roof es pequeña pero cómoda. Muy amable el personal

El taxi nos quería cobrar muy caro desde parque El Jaguar al hotel.

Wir sind ins prana Hotel (Schwesterhotel) umgebucht worden. Dieses Hotel war top! Um an den beach zu gelangen war etwas umständlich. Frühstück war die ersten Tage in Buffetform ganz okay. Alle weiteren Tage wurden winzige Portionen an den Tisch gebracht.... ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und alles war sauber und gepflegt.

Las reseñas del wifi realmente no mienten, es pésimo, y si lo necesitas para trabajar es casi imposible usarlo. La piscina es agradble sin embargo le falta mantenimiento

Although the breakfast was acceptable, it was noticeable that the options were reduced each day. On the first and second days, there was a small open buffet, but this was removed on the third day, and the availability of toast or bread was reduced almost every day.
