Nothing I really felt comfortable there, it’s the second time Iv stayed there

Hot water there wa son hot water at all both days for the showers

Absolutely nothing to like what so ever

The hotel is absolutely disgusting and filthy as soon as I walked inside I knew I had made a mistake .. the carpets are grubby and not fitted properly the check in process was ok, the lady wrote a code for your door so there is no key as such … on walking to my room I went through a seating area with a restaurant to the left and it was so bland and devoid of anything that would be remotely acceptable… the corridor where the rooms are on the ground floor was a striped pattern but it was so filthy you could see stains all over it … this isn’t just a few marks it was disgustingly dirty… my door had part of the handle housing missing so there was a gaping hole where the lock mechanism should be that was stuffed with toilet roll to block out the hole … when I entered the room it got worse … it was like a prison cell with a double bed in the middle the most disgusting bedding and pillows that where lumpy and mottled with two silk pillow cases … I ended up putting a t shirt over them so I didn’t get lice … the bathroom was shocking the floor tiles where that badly cracked and damaged they moved when you walked on them … the sink was tiny and you couldn’t even wash your face properly as the tap was bigger than the basing which would flood due to a blockage of god knows what in the pipe so it was completely useless … the mirror above was blackened with a mouldy type substance around the edges .. only one spot light worked near the shower so it was so dark you couldn’t really see where you was going … the shower screens where grubby and mouldy with yellow sludge visible and there were yellow piss stains on the back of the toilet behind the seat with a what looked like pubic hair stuck to the gunge … I am absolutely amazed it’s given a 3 star rating it is an absolute fraudulent rating I didn’t feel safe I put my bag against the door and really didn’t sleep it felt grubby … I was in the area for work so it was a means to an end but please do not stay or book this hotel ..

Friendly staff

The smell in my room was bad, blinds were dirty, shower wasn’t very warm, shower drain not covered and was dirty. Mattress very soft.
