The location was perfect for my needs The staff were friendly and polite

On the booking it stated either a bath or a shower was available for the type of room I booked- I request a bath - on getting to my room it was a shower- spoke to the receptionist who advised all double rooms only have a shower. The only room available with a bath was the triple room which I would have to pay an extra £15 for I did this as I can not manage a shower. Think this needs updating on the hotel site. Whilst I then had a bath the plug for said bath didn't fit very well but as I was already getting sorted for my bath it was too late to report to reception. I did manage to sort it with some clever thinking
