Vooral de ligging en de faciliteiten die aangeboden worden (helaas door omstandigheden geen gebruik van kunnen maken)

De entree, receptie en Gourmetbar was mooi/authentiek, maar de kamers… verouderd/vies en redelijk goor! Vieze vlekken in het gordijn/lakens/vloerbedekking op de muren/deuren en plinten. De kluis en de douche waren defect.
