Novotel Gent Centrum

Centrally located in beautiful city of Ghent, walking distance to everything! Superb value with lovely facility, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, groovy lounge bar, open air terrace .... all that and a swimming pool! 10/10, would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

More variety of bevi selections in their front desk beverage cooler. Beer is great, but so are sparkling wines.

De ligging was fantastisch. Mooi hotel en vriendelijk personeel.

De airco was nogal lawaaierig.

Resepsiyon bölümü çok iyi çalışıyordu, Serda hanım çok güzel ilgilendi bizimle, odalar temiz ve rahattı, kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Konum gentin kalbindeydi.

Great location, the sofa bed didn’t have a mattress which was advertised so they accommodated us with another room which was stellar.

The man working there, can’t remember his name, abusing the women staff, dismissive of me (because I’m a young woman? Couldn’t say) he was rude, argumentative, unhelpful and finally rudely “pawned us off” to a lovely woman on staff who handled our extra room with grace, and quick as, clearly unfazed by the booking hiccough and very professionally willing to help. Lovely woman.

Good location right on the city centre

It’s all a bit tired, plumbing was awful Needs a refit Breakfast was poor quality, some staff a bit surly and our bathroom smelled awful with a drain problem

Locatie is geweldig Midden in de stad

Airco in onze kamer werkte niet. Er stond wel een ventilator, maar het was gewoon te heet.
