"Good"

Big Game is an old resort, the first day the food from upper deck bar was fantastic, the second day there they closed it and started a complete remodel leaving us no place onsite but a grill after 100pm to eat very disappointed we ended up eating chips and salsa from the small market they have onsite. Staff was amazing and friendly.

clean big rooms. Nice restaurant. There was only one restaurant and bar that was open and the advertised 3. The restaurant was very expensive. The game room was bad. The pool table was all warped and games were missing pieces. The hotel was way overpriced for what you get. NO PERKS

"Pretty spot"

Beautiful spot on the water. A little dated but hospitality and cleanliness were on point. It is a 3 star hotel in my view. The staff was really friendly. First impression is a little tired, but after a couple days it grows on you. The bar and restaurant are not gourmet, but they are fun and the fish is fresh.

Nice older resort. Pretty happy with everything. If your looking for the Hilton then stay there. This place has a charm and laid back feel that you can’t get at resort world. Upgrades are currently underway.

Old buildings room was nice and clean Area around hotel is run down and dumpy gives hotel same feeling Passengers from other country in asia where not impressed Spend extra money and go to Hilton

"So much for Island hospitality"

Staff were generally unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be working. Some were too busy on their cell phones to move from the main stairwell to the restaurant. The restaurant service and food were poor. Even the should-be staple Piña Colada was awful. Expect flies everywhere when you eat. Communication between reception and amenities (e.g., dive shop) are terrible. Misinformed on multiple occasions.
