Really great service and staff is very friendly . The resort is immaculate and beautiful beaches and pool as well as bar and restaurants and rooms . Sam supervisor at the beach was amazing , Mattis the bartender was great , We had an anniversary dinner on the beach and the Chef was great ,They worked with us on the menu ahead of time and the food was perfect and delicious . Lea and Quinten great wait staff Cibelle the hostess was accommodating . Concierge was fantastic as was Hotel check in staff . The General Manager Martin was always around to make sure meals and everything were great and to greet us . Highly recommend !

We had the pleasure of staying at Rosewood Le Guanahani (Rosewood) for a week and it was an experience we won’t forget. With the world upside down this Rosewood team made it right, executing without a misstep. We’ve traveled globally over 30 years staying at magnificent resorts with unforgettable experiences. The Rosewood team knowing our names and daily activities enabled us to engage with the team and this was a unique and positive experience for us. The entire team was integrated across all functions including the night time staff. I salute the team for developing a customer service machine that is unparalleled in the market. This team is distinctive and special, rolling out this model across the portfolio would make a positive impact. In addition, the gift of EviDens is a brilliant introduction to the products resulting in a new customer! We look forward to our next Rosewood experience.

Absolute Paradise! I had the most amazing stay at Rosewood Le Guanahani! From the moment I arrived everything was perfect. The location is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the ocean and beautiful gardens all around. The rooms were super comfortable and stylish and you can tell they put a lot of care into the little details. The staff was also incredibly friendly and made sure everything was just right. The food was incredible, some of the best meals I’ve ever had. Plus, the spa Sense and pool areas were so relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great experience at the Rosewood. We have been several rosewood properties and they are all great. In particular, the “manager” and Rudolph who picked us up, treated us like special guests. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the Rosewood in July to celebrate my wife’s 40th Birthday and our anniversary and had a wonderful experience there. Service: The service was impeccable, seemingly operating with an almost hive-mind intelligence. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, staff was solicitous, helpful, and patient. My many requests placed at reception and with the concierge were addressed quickly and without question. Even when something was out of a specific staff member’s purview, they were always eager to address our request to concern (for instance we asked the breakfast host about obtaining snorkels before the recreation shack opened, and she was all over it). Vibe: The resort was very peaceful, and the guests rather chill, so if you’re looking for more of a sceney party place, this resort probably isn’t for you. There were some families (with rather well-behaved kids), but the resort was mostly populated by adult couples. It never felt crowded. Resort: While there was nothing particularly grand about the resort, all the buildings and facilities felt nice and renovated. The landscaping was meticulously maintained. The resort was compact enough that you never had to walk too far to get around, but spread out enough to maintain a sense of serenity and privacy for the many casitas that dot the property. Room: We had an ocean view room away from the beach that offered stunning views and a tranquil, private setting. The room, while compact, was modern, clean, and well appointed. I wish it had a bathtub, but I guess nothing’s perfect! Breakfast: The breakfast was always a highlight of the day, with both an a-la-carte menu and buffet. The food was delicious and high quality, and the waiters were always attentive without being overbearing. Beach: The beach isn’t one of the best on the island, with only a narrow strip of sand and very shallow water studded with lots of seaweed covered coral formations. That said, the scenery is quite beautiful. A rock formation at the opening of the cove offers a short hiking trail to nice views of the surrounding area. Sea turtles were abundant. There were always plenty of shaded beach lounge chairs available, and the beach attendants were eager to offer towels, water, and drinks from the bar or food from the kitchen. But, if you’re someone who likes to splay in the sand and bob in ocean waves, you’d probably be well advised to rent a car and visit Saline and Gouverneur’s beaches. Spa: While I didn’t personally patronize the spa, my wife very much enjoyed her massage and facial. The pool in the spa is a tranquil place for a dip, and the gym was full of modern equipment. We visited a bunch of other resorts on the island, and never once did I regret choosing the Rosewood. I’d definitely come back.

If you are looking for impeccable service, five star accommodation and amazing views, this is your place. This is our third Rosewood experience, and they are the leader in personal service with the guest experience as their first priority. Their island restaurant recommendations were spot on, but we didn’t want to leave the resort much due to the elevated experience they provide on site.

Great Beach and the most friendly staff!

This is such a beautiful property. The rooms and views are amazing. The pool area is so relaxing, and it’s easy to switch between the beach and pool easily. The restaurant on property is also very good! Our only recommendation would be that it would be nice to have a shuttle to and from Gustavia as taxis aren’t easily accessible and parking in town is a nightmare. When coming back to the island, we would definitely choose to stay here again!
