Abitta Condado

No phones in rooms. Placed us right In front of elevator. Not quiet.

food was good. Room was clean. Shower water could of been hotter. Pool was clean and well kept. Plenty of room for people who want to sit in the shade by the pool. A block away from the beach. Restaurants near by in addition to the restaurant on site.

Due to delays in flights I was unable to complete my stay. I spent all morning calling and never got an answer until the afternoon when they told me I was already within the time frame of no return. Very upsetting I spent hours trying to cancel while also trying to figure out my flights. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately that was not the case, and when I called their systems were down and unable to assist me right away.

Wall paint was peeling and it smelled of mold.

Everything was good. Only that I didn't stay on El Canario but in abbittat hotel. Two years ago I stayed in El Canario, which I think is being renovated

It was nice and provide a voucher for dining

The staff was amazing, the dining at the restaurant was also amazing but we ended up inba different hotel and werent informed. We ended up at the Abitta, which we didnt book for a reason and then to be booked there anyways, kind of confusing.

Street was flooded
