Lovely large comfortable rooms, lovely friendly staff

Noise from rooms above

Large room. Very comfortable bed. We were in the modern part, there are other buildings if you want more character. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was exceptional, everyone was very helpful nothing was too much trouble for them to get you what ever you needed.

The only problem that shower was over the bath, My wife has a disability and found it very difficult.

Everything went well. Room spacious,and quiet and a great 60 inch tv for downtime use for my usb films. We had a great Sunday roast and the Breakfast was well presented and lots of choice. Little things make a big difference even down to 2 boxes of chocs in the room. Staff where so friendly and could not do enough to help. i must mention the cleaning staff when you arrive in your room there is a little note introducing themselves which i have never seen before.

Our upstairs room had no aircon and was smoking hot. Had to open windows and hunt for the fan in the closed wardrobe. Should have considered the warm temperature and that the room was going to be used. Could have closed the blinds.
