Service at breakfast poor. No cups for coffee. Fruit juice ran out. No staff around

Beautiful location, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was also good and included a bit of everything.

The only thing missing was a fridge in the room, everything else was perfect.

The walls and room door were extremely thin - we were able to hear every word spoken on the corridor and doors constantly slamming

Nice hotel in a beautiful countryside location, with a lovely little church and National Trust stately home just opposite. It was conveniently positioned, with the bus stop in front of it taking you directly into Stratford. The staff were very helpful and the room was well presented and comfortable. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient and the food was good overall, although the breakfasts were a bit basic.

Visitors should note that the restaurant stops serving at 8.30pm and the bus outside the hotel only goes once an hour/half hour depending on the day (the reception gave us a copy of the bus timetables, which was helpful). The last bus from Stratford leaves quite early in the evening on some days, and the bus stop outside the hotel is easy to miss at night as it's quite dark, so we ended up driving into Stratford on some days of our visit as it gave us more flexibility getting back in the evening. The hotel is well placed for visits to Stratford or Warwick though, and it's in a nice countryside location.

Friendly staff. Beautiful room- comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Dog friendly- was even provided with dog bed, blanket and towel!

Coffee machine in room didn’t work. Wait was so long for dessert at dinner we left without having it- disappointing.
