It's a great hotel! Beautiful location! I love the nature resort feeling on the beach. A luxury retreat on the oceanfront. Good restaurants! Excellent service! The rooms are newly renovated and are beautiful! They just need to fix the beds.

The beds. They are very hard uncomfortable beds. They don't even have spring cushioning. Even pillow toppers would meke them better. Other than that. It's a great hotel! Beautiful location! The property was clean, quiet, with a beautiful beach for swimming and water activities. The food was good, although not all the restaurants were open during our stay. The staff were wonderful and the bartenders made me a lot of delicious non-alcoholic spritzers.

The cow birds invading the eating areas and stealing food.

Beautiful place, well maintained, and quiet.

Overall, I’d highlight the staff’s attention to detail as an area for improvement. While everyone was very friendly, my orders were incorrect several times throughout the week, and service at the bar was often slow, on one occasion it took around 15 minutes just to have beers placed in a bucket and served, despite there being no other customers waiting.
