Reserve por la aplicación de ustedes con las especificaciones de una cama king. Cuando llegue me dieron dos duplex. Cuando fui a preguntar me Indicaron que reservan en esa plataforma no garantiza lo escogido. La habitación el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, tuve que pedir que me lo revisaran al día siguiente. El confort y las almohadas no van acorde con los precios del hotel. Las piscinas estaba sucias con hojas y arena. La iluminación en la noche no era suficiente. Dicen que es un hotel que no se permite los ruido en la noche para el descanso de los huéspedes y fue todo lo contrario. Ruiz excesivo en los pasillos.

I had visited the resort two years ago and was so impressed to spend my entire trip with the resort.

I would had like for the phone chargers/outlet to be more current.
