Central location, quiet and nice room

We booked this hotel specifically for its rooftop pool, which was a major factor in our decision. However, upon arrival during the Easter holiday (a busy tourist period) we were shocked to find the pool closed (apparently they always close it off-season). There was no prior notification about this closure, either during booking or before our stay. When we expressed our disappointment, the hotel offered neither compensation nor alternatives (such as access to a nearby pool). This lack of transparency and customer service left us feeling misled and frustrated. For the price we paid, we expected better communication and fairness. This experience significantly impacted our stay and left us feeling like we didn’t receive the value we paid for.
