Bona situació, a prop del port esportiu , de la vila vella i de la zona de l'ambient, bars ,terrasses, restaurants...

En la zona hi ha un veritable problema d'aparcament. Davant de l'hotel hi ha una apartament privat a l'aire lliure, però es molt car uns 6 Euros /hora. Caldria que l'Hotel tingues places reservades a un preu més econòmic.
