Good location, quiet, the room itself was clean, beds ok

Bathrooms were very dirty, no hot water, there was almost no water pressure, at some times in the day water didn’t even come out. The staff was almost never at the front so we couldn’t ask there for anything.

My family love staying here and promise to be back here again. Its also accesible to all tourist spots. The most beautiful and helpful part is that you can easily rent a motorcycle with them, for us who had our son with us we really had a hard time travelling around. Thank you so much for a great experience and accommodation, hoping for a great experience again soon.

Maybe no kitchen to cook. its not that we did not like it. it just need each guest own cooking area specially those who want budgeted trip.

Very friendly and attentive staff esp. Len. Accessible and convenient area near White Island ferry/small grocery stores and small eateries/ outdoor food stalls . Very clean room , comfortable beds, abundant water supply . Free hot water and electric kettle .

No wifi access the whole 3 day stay. Lack of storage for clothes. No small table inside room ( we placed outside plastic chairs inside room instead). Lack of hot water in shower ( didn’t bother me personally though).
