Clean room. Staff friendly and pleasant

The place seems good, but rooms are old and need maintenance. People are kind, but some workers are difficult to engage with. The gym is mid, the minimum expected for this level of hotel. Be careful with the "breakfast included", they might say you have it, only to later say it was not included.

To check in at 2am into a room, to the 2nd room at that, you want to take a hot shower because it’s raining, cold and been travelling, to go open the shower and see hair on the wall, then you pissed only to look in the trash can to see more hairs. IMMEDIATELY, I go to front desk, guess what the night front desk asks “ is that your hair”? Then I change rooms, later that afternoon after getting some sleep I get room service, I order from the app, I ask for tomato soup, I got chicken soup, I asked for tuna tostadas with no mayonnaise, guess what there’s mayonnaise. I didn’t complain, next day I order a Greek salad(see pictures below). Fast fwd, it’s day 5, I orders Greek salad ( see the pictures). I ordered room service for a vegetarian sandwich, guess what , the ingredients that as the menu or app, have not been followed for the last 6/7 orders I have had yet I order the same thing. I couldn’t use Uber eats app and order from my room( 1 bar on the phone from room can’t make calls either) . Best thing to do it order Ubereats or ripin. On one occasion, I called for the engineer for the 2nd treadmill, no one came, I finished my workout and went to tell the MOD. This past Sunday no one was at the bar in the morning for one to get an espresso or latte, couple of us waited and went to tell front desk, front desk said they asked someone at the restaurant to come down, nobody came so after an hour, I went to the main restaurant to get a latte. Housekeeping is not what you’d expect, ladies are sweet but the cleaning is not IT, make sure you carry wipes and sanitizer to clean after if you have to stay, that’s what I’m doing.

Great, centrally located hotel with a delicious and plentiful breakfast. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Hotel is ok. But could be more better facilities. Like gym is very small.

Location is a bit off.

It's a budget hotel. Not too bad. But overpriced for facilities it offers
