Location is great

Staff was short and uninviting, I requested a 1 hr late check out, due to a conference that I was attending. I was told it was not possible. So lost on valuable conference information. Not a conference friendly venue

The rooms were Spacious and there were two large bathrooms which was perfect as we were a family and an adult staying together. The kitchen was equipped with lots of cookware and plenty of utensils that were all clean. Overall the room was very clean, the beds comfy. They had the childs playpen in there ready for them to sleep :) The pool was great!

When we got to check-in none of the card machines seemed to work for any of our cards and so we had a long wait at check-in and had to eventually get cash out of the ATM to leave a deposit. Not an ideal start to the holiday with a toddler.

great location, I had a king room....which was very spacious, with a good-sized balcony, a nice kitchenette and tasteful decor. The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding! They also have a nice pool and hot tub and the front desk staff were very welcoming!

nothing significant to report. Everything met or exceeded my expectations during my stay.
