The Crystal Lodge

One of the best hotel rooms we've ever had. So comfortable and convenient. Fantastic location, stunning views of the snow capped mountains from our balcony. Ski valet was a great service, and such an easy walk to the gondolas. Restaurants everywhere, supermarket 2 mins walk away. Comfortable bed, great shower pressure, bathrobes as soft as clouds. Plenty of space and storage. Everything you could need in the kitchenette. Staff were so helpful and lovely.

TV was unreliable, constantly couldn't pick up a signal. This was frustrating. Difficulty working out the aircon, so was a bit too hot and didn't sleep as well as we'd like. Had to be in the shower recess to turn water on - so icy cold and inescapable until the hot water came through.

The location was perfectly situated in the village so it was very walkable. The hotel had all the amenities that you could possibly need for a ski vacation. It was a nice perk to access Starbucks and Balam right from the hotel lobby.

Central location, clean and friendly.

The Crystal Lodge is in the middle of Whistler Village! The Stroll! There's a Starbucks and an Old Spaghetti Factory and LuLu Lemon and Roots and a bunch more in your hotel! You are in the middle of it all! The Crystal is a hub! Best location and a great place to stay. Nice pool and great food.

Modern facilities, we had a room with a kitchenette and had everything we needed. There is a supermarket not far away so we could either cook, get takeaway or go out. Staff very helpful, room was super quiet, ski valet was a treat. Proximity to gondola is fabulous. We needed to do a lot of laundry and they had a large washing machine and dryer which were efficient and easy to use.

The room had many beds which was nice, and had a full kitchen for us to cook dinner. The hotels communication was great and they were able to organize flowers and a treat for the birthday celebrant. Very central and walking distance to alot of places.

-One of the toilets didnt flush properly. Asked for the matience guy to fix it but after he did it still started to not flush properly. -Mini bar/snacks/drinks was extra. Also the hotel did not provide water bottles. We did not know if the tap water was safe to drink so we had to go all the way down to the lobby and fill our water bottles with the complimentary orange infused water jug. -Very noisy and you can hear the drunk people outside partying. But the hotel did provide ear plugs which is a nice gesture.
