the hotel is in a good location, staff are friendly and approachable. all the areas are clean and tidy. would recommend.

First class, apart from Breakfast which was a disappointment as the cooked Breakfast was cold

Lovely hotel, have stsyed a few times, lovey areas to walk the dogs, clean hotel and a superb breakfast

No Wi-Fi signal in room. Went for breakfast at 9am and hardly anything left on buffet not even a glass to get juice. It’s advertised that breakfast is till half 9 so it should be replenished. Liked the room decor and good sized TV, not too noisy either. Should provide a room service menu in room. On website it’s not clear which menu to use for room service. Glad to see gluten free options on evening menu.

Wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast excellent, afternoon tea the only disappointment - large thick sandwiches covered in relishes and sauces and the cakes were overly sweet - though the scones, cream and jam were nice. On a practical note, the slope down to the restaurant needs a rail.

Went for a post-Christmas break in a group of two adults, two young children and two grandparents. The hotel was great. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Lunch and dinner in the bar were of a good standard. We enjoyed using the pool and gym facilities too. All in all a perfect break.
