Chesford Grange Hotel

Very friendly staff,lovely relaxed feeling

No tea or coffee in my room. Prices pushed up for crufts, wasn’t worth the money

Quality hotel with great grounds for dogs to walk in ....good size rooms and comfortable beds

The staff were good and polite. In the dark and late it was not easy to understand what to do when the nearest car park was full.

It was very close to the venue, the staff was excellent, and the food was great.

Lovely stay at Chesford Grange as a repeat visitor, nice spa treatment and dip in the pool in the evening.

I had pre ordered a romantic package and it was very nice waiting in the room Except for the fact it was ice cold only to find No working Heating!!! Not Good when I spoke to reception I was told it would be taken care off Only to find a mobile electric heater put in our room not good!!!Still freezing cold!! Not a romantic experience we wanted!

Lovely Hotel, staff is very friendly. Food is good and reasonable. Clean and modern rooms.

My kids and I really loved our overnight stay. We had a very warm and friendly welcome on arrival from Poppy. Our room was lovely. The food for dinner and breakfast was fab. The pool is small but adequate for a little swim and chill. The sauna is nice and hot. I really hope to visit again soon

Booked as part of a short family holiday, visiting nearby attractions. The hotel is well located for visiting Warwick and the wider area. Staff were welcoming and friendly, main building retains period features and communal areas are well kept. Bar and restaurant were good, with good service and reasonable food (though on the high price side). Leisure centre was fair - a very nice to have facility, especially when visiting with children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Few downsides. Rooms in the main building can be noisy. First floor rooms get a lot of noise from the bar downstairs, fire doors in corridors also bang continuously. Rooms would benefit from update - carpet worn, cosmetic damage to bathrooms and room. Room temperature controls didn’t work well.
