Nice property clean and tidy. Pool could do with a refurb.

Really nice hotel, clean and relaxed atmosphere. Good choice of food and drink though a little expensive. Gym a little small but quite well equipped, ample parking and would definitely stay again if in the area

Not good service this time

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, lovely food in the restaurant. Vishal was a very attentive waiter. The reception staff very kindly posted back some items i had left. Very professional.

Lovely stay with my family whilst attending the British Grand Prix, would definitely recommend.

A large hotel set in a country setting but close to Leamington Spa and Warwick. Staff in reception very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Staff in Bar and restaurant were friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking and good to have electric chargers for our car. Very comfy bed. Floor boards a bit creaky but we were in the manor house part which had lots of character.

We had a great stay. Staff were wonderful, the room perfect and the evening meal excellent. The buffet breakfast was disappointing. Poor quality ingredients which felt they were chosen on being "cheap" which was a shame. The management team should try the breakfast and ask if they would be satisfied especially if they had paid more than £300 for B&B for one night.
