Hotel was comfortable with lovely country views and a good buffet breakfast. Unfortunately there was no hot water when we arrived (around 7.30pm) so had cold showers. Otherwise happy with our visit.

Love this hotel, comfortable, lovely surroundings, good food, love the cosy bar area. Unfortunately we’re only there for a night stop over so don’t get to experience the pool & spa but l’m sure it would be perfect!

We had a great time as a family staying in the family deluxe suite. We used the pool facilities on both days of our stay. The splash time hours were really good so it allowed us to explore the area but still use the facilities. Breakfast- good selection kids had plenty to choose from. Overall great hotel and we will definitely be back next year same week as it was great location for access to the NEC
