la ubicación es excelente

hace como diez años lo conoci y está deteriorado, el piso de la habitación es de duela y cruje cuando uno camina, en el baño pusieron un piso completamente inadecuado para un área que se moja, el colchón y las almohadas son incomodos, las toallas del baño son muy viejas; todo esto no corresponde al precio que se paga.

La ubicación es perfecta y la habitación era limpia.

La caja fuerte no servía y dijeron que irían a ponerle las baterías y nunca llegaron. Los baños de la recepción están en mal estado, huele feo y no hay servilletas para limpiarse las manos. Aunque lo reporté al personal no lo tomaron en cuenta. Cosas que definitivamente se pueden mejorar.

Nos encantó el hotel, maravilloso! Excelente ubicación, tuvimos ventana frente al zócalo. El desayuno en la terraza viendo el amanecer sobre el zócalo, inolvidable. Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación muy espaciosa. Vuelvo seguro! El personal muy atento, gracias!

After seeing ratings we figured 4 was okay if all we were going to do was use room to shower, sleep when we weren’t out exploring Mexico. Shower was sketchy with mold in corner of ceiling and low lighting. Sleep was horrible since our room was close to Zocalo. They had an event planned and workers were putting up tents at 11 pm, which we could get past but why, why was there trumpet playing at 4am?? It went on for about 2 hours. Hence my review at 6:26 am. Oh! And I don’t know what the hotel was doing but loud banging on pipes(?) well past 11 pm a few of the nights. Also, the beds…I’m not picky…soft or hard is bearable but a mattress sinking towards the middle? Killed my back. Anyways, if possible get a room in Roma Norte or Condesa…that’s the plan for the next trip. The 3 star rating on TripAdvisor is fairly accurate if you see anything higher someone is being generous.
