"Pure luxury!"

The hotel is stunning, set in a lush valley with the sound of the river gently burbling in the background. Despite being almost fully booked, it never felt busy and was so quiet. Helpful staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent facilities.

This is the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was so attentive. Guest service was absolutely amazing. The room was breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurants are incredible. I highly recommend this hotel. If there was such a thing as 6 star, I would rate this hotel 6 stars.

"One of the best experiences & resorts in the world"

The resort was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had. The hospitality of all the staff at Four Seasons was incredible, everyone knew our names, dietary requirements and helped plan everyday of our trip. The food at both in house restaurants was flawless and probably the best food we had out in Bali. Breakfast was spectacular and was always prepared fresh (no buffet style cold food). This hotel is one of the best in the world and it is easy to see why. The location and facilities available at the resort is unbelievable. Our private suite was super spacious for a family of 3 adults (we could of fit in another person comfortably). There is 24 hour buggy service to take you to any part of the resort (as it is incredibly large). They also have a 7 day schedule of activities and events occuring at the resort which helps plan your day perfectly. We participated in the daily yoga sessions, garden walks, private rafting during our stay. The gym, sauna, steam and jacuzzi are immaculate with amazing views of the river. I would 100% choose this resort again when staying in Ubud. This hotel is perfect for a honeymoon, private relaxation, families and couples.

Staffs are amazing, they genuinely welcomes you and you can feel it when they smiles at you whenever you see them and this is not just only receptions staffs, I meant everyone you met in the resort.
