Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan

I loves this place. My villa was fab, the yoga and activities schedule was fab, the pool and gym and spa etc. Everything was wonderful except it’s overpriced for Bali. Premium pricing is ok for a place like this but treatments and activities were a bit too steep. Other than that, exceptional.

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan is more than just a resort - they truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. From the moment we arrived until the last minute we spent there - everyone was super kind, very attentive and happy to help with anything we needed. The complex is absolutely gorgeous- you can walk along the little paths and admire the creativity of Mother Nature. The views are breathtaking. We spent some time at the pool which is located right by the river - very relaxing. A member of the staff would check on us constantly and every so often bring little treats from the chef at the pool cafe (everything was delicious!). The resort offers an amazing selection of spa services and activities. We tried their chakra ritual at the spa and yoga - both were great. We hope to visit again soon. This is undoubtedly the Best Resort in Bali.

The mattress was not firm, uncomfortable for my backpain. The window blind n door were not in the good condition, bit hard to lock it. The light in the bathroom mirror area are not bright enough

Quite simply the best hotel me and my wife have stayed at. They were so accomodating to our every need from the moment we stepped in. From staff climbing up trees to get my wife a flower, to cleaning our sunglasses as we sun bathed and making sure we had everything we needed. Perfect and the best customer service.

Me and my wife had just got married so this was our honeymoon trip and our first time traveling this far away (coming from east coast america). I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had at a resort hands down. The staff was amazing all around, they would ensure at all times that we were doing well and take care of any needs we had. When I booked the resort I did not mention this was our honey moon until we arrived, in which the staff went above and beyond with giving us surprises which started the first night in getting a complementary bottle of prosecco and a cake. Our last night at the resort we had gone to eat at the pool side cafe and when we returned we got an awesome surprise, with a cool message on our bed saying "Happy honeymoon" with local flowers added in, and even filled a bath with rose pedals and a bucket with beer! I would be wrong to not mention how good the food was overall at the resorts restaurants, whether you wanted western or eastern types of foods, all of it was delicious and well worth the price. We also reserved a special dinner in which they set up a romantic dinner up at the lotus pond and our person who care of us that night (Andres, hopefully I spelled his name right) he was amazing and a true professional. The food was stellar and the effort to make it look the part is so worth the extra spend, I would highly recommend. In closing this was the whole package and I wanted to say Thank you again for everything!! Best Honeymoon ever!

The resort was spectacular from the architecture, location, landscapping and service. I would highly recommend this secret getaway from noisy ubud.

A lovely hotel set in the jungle. The staff are outstandingly welcoming, nice and efficient. They were so good with our daughter. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious stay.

our son got married here last saturday and the whole experience was more than we could have hoped for. The couple worked with the wedding coordinator and it was amazing. OUr room was incredible the wedding gorgeous and they put them in the Royal Villa for another night ! Would most definetly stay there again. John

This is a beautiful property located in Ubud, however, prices of services at the hotel (including food) are outrageous for Indonesia. The hotel manager is very rude and did not want to correct any of the service problems we had. Definitely not a four season standard. The rooms were nice and spacious and the hotel is very luxurious. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The international restaurant was very good, but the Indonesian restaurant was terrible. Breakfast was good, but service at breakfast was extremely slow.
