Viva Maya by Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive Resort

The property was very well maintained. Theyndont provide face towels or wash cloths just hand towels and bath towels. Smaller property. Staff is nice and accommodating. If you're looking for a mid level hotel this is it. The buffet serves the same food everyday. I was onlybable to book one restaurant

First time in Mexico - best entertainment staff in viva Maya - the funniest trio in town - Wilber Jair and Brendon and the beautiful ladies - Carolina Mia Lucy and co!!!

Lovely hotel. The Animation team are fantastic - so lively and get everyone involved. Special thanks to Wilber (Willy), Brandon and Joel - sorry I don’t know everyone’s names but all the animation team are brilliant and super friendly :)

Overall what an incredible holiday for my family and I! The hotel, beach front location and hospitality are great! Biggest shout out to the entertainment staff - aqua aerobics class is a family fave with Wilber Brandon and Jarel (excuse me for any spelling mistakes) they are so funny and animated - my children LOVE them!!! All the entertainment staff are brilliant there are many more but I don’t know all the names! Will be def be returning xx

This place is beautiful! It is very clean and there are many activities for everyone. The kids club was amazing, my son enjoyed so much. The food was fresh but not tasty. They make you go to a talk to sell you a subscription, but the gentleman was very rude when we told him we were not interested. Other than that it is a great place. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

We stayed at the Viva Azteca resort but loved being able to walk over to Viva Maya to use their pool and restaurants and other amenities. It was only a 5-10min walk on the beach or road. I would definitely recommend renting the free bikes to ride around the gated community of Playacar - about a 40min bike loop. We also had a blast trying archery for the first time (which was also free)! Shoutout to Giancarlo from the activities team for the archery lesson, he was awesome! Would recommend 😊

The service staff (employees were great), the entertainment was excellent. Loved the food. The only thing I would say is at the time of checkout the lady at the counter was not friendly at all. She can work on her skills. It would be nice to at least say "Thank you for staying or coming to visit. Nada, I received that from the servers in the restaurant. They were great people to talk to.

Felt very safe in this clean and quiet resort with excellent staff. The food wasnt the best overall but there was lots of it and variety. Something to drink always available. The coffee shop was a favorite and wish we could have eaten at the mexican restaurant some more. Enjoyed the evening entertainment in the courtyard and the wildlife around the property. The bed was much too firm for my liking and the pressure was somewhat brief but uncomfortable regarding the viva membership. Overall a great stay.

We are at the hotel now. This is the worst hotel. Check in was a disaster… We had to change room twice as the first one was dirty and the second one had broken shower. We found a bloody pillow in the third room. Pool is so hot that is not even refreshing and we are told there is nothing they can do. This is like a 2 star hotel. Food is very average and no AC in the main buffet. I wish we could return but have to be here for 7 more days

Overall good resort to visit.
