"Our stay was a lot of fun, comfortable and awesome."

The location was perfect, in a little city/village of its own with other resorts and safe place to ride bikes and close to so many other things to do. The staff were awesome and very nice. The resort was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The restaurants available for reservation were delicious.

I wish we had known you only get a certain amount of reservations for the restaurants ahead of time. That wasn’t made clear when booking the reservation.

"Very nice resort, good value and location."

The resort is all inclusive, it offers lots of free activities. I like the garden environment. Staff is very friendly.

The nightly show is too late. It starts at 9:30 pm. If it can start earlier it would be good.

"Great all inclusive resort to spend a week with family."

Great staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The trapeze staff including Valentina, Kristin and Matt were exceptional. The grounds are actually prettier than the photos and the resort isn't too big.

The reservation only restaurants were pretty good but the buffet wasn't great. The selections and the buffet didn't change daily and the food was overall just okay. The rooms are a touch small but we were never in the room so it didn't matter. I was also disappointed that the kids club was only for kids 4 and up.

el club de niños increible, la predisposicion , el entusiasmo de las profesoras, como los buscaban a los niños y les proponian cosas, participar en teatro todos disfrazados, hermosos

me parece muy inoportuno que a las pocas HORAS de llegar pongan tanta tanta insistencia con lo de la membresia, hasta el punto de incomodar y hasta ponernos reactivos a siquiera querer escucharlos , una persecusion parecia cuando RECIEN llegamos , ni siquiera pasamos un dia en el hotel y ya nos insistian , y no es que no quisieramos escuchar, queriamos ver el hotel , conocer un poco
