Location, swimming pool and access to the beach. Staff were very sweet and friendly.

Very old property that desperately needs refurbishing. Bathtub full of stains, looks like it’s falling apart. Towels were tired and grubby, rough on skin. Bed sheets had stains on them. The lobby was uncomfortable - we went in the beginning of June and there’s no AC in the lobby. The elevator is dangerous and I trapped my arm in the doors as it opens for a split second before closing on you. Food options inside the hotel - not very good and extremely overpriced. Lots of children at the pool - not somewhere you’d go for peace and quiet. This place would be GREAT if it was refurbished…

Room was big with a balcony; bed was comfy. Pool size was big and I liked the pool bar. Also liked the easy access to the beach, which was quite clean and nice

There's only bath towel, no hand towel. Also, there's only 1 socket by the mirror and one behind the sofa. Would be good to have the sockets by the bed for charging of HP. Didn't like the rain shower head; prefer to have a separate shower head that can be held for better washing

It is old & tired. Food at breakfast always cold. Milk & Juice dispensers leak over your glass, bowl, mugs everything. Toasters leave items in the toaster. Concrete rot at reception cause bad impression of the maintenance of the property. Air conditioner temp gauge did not work. Maintenance came, still didn’t work 9 days/8 nights. The place is so run down it’s probably not even a 3-star property
