The staff where friendly and location was good

Hallway into our room smelt of mouldy carpets . Room the lights flickered every 30seconds and where dule tv didn't get many channels bath had black mould on it was a very warm room and room heating was not air-conditioned was very poor in so many ways

Location is perfect and receptionists are super lovely

A maintenance worker entered my room without warning or my consent…!!! Needles were barely covered by the rug, which is a serious safety hazard. The shower is old and mouldy, and the bedside USB charger was broken. The plumbing was extremely noisy; every time the person above my room used the bathroom, it made a very loud noise that woke me up during the night.

Sp close to the city

Only redeeming point is that this place is cheap

I booked on the premise that the room i had requested had a bath. There were only pictures available showing the room had a bath but when we got to our room there was no bath and had to request to change rooms. No issues with the room change but why advertise a room with a bath and then not put us in that room. Secondly, there is no breakfast buffet at this accomodation and there are pictures advertising that they do. When we asked about it, the receptionist simply answered no we don't serve breakfast
