I do not agree with the 100 dollars extra that you have to pay , above the accommodation payed. I am a pensioner and I only had 150 dollars left and had to get home to Echuca. No one cared that I couldn’t go out to get an evening meal, as I couldn’t pay for it. I was also told I would receive it back in the morning , what I checked out , I was told 3-5 business days it would go back in my account. If I hadn’t had enough money doses that mean you would have thrown me out. I was not made aware of this extra money when I booked. I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend your hotel.
